Our stay at The Americas was wonderful! The place was just what we needed to end our 9 day road trip through New Hampshire. Right by the beach, I mean, come on!!! We had a small hiccup with parking, but due to good communication with the host it was quickly resolved. Kids and adults alike loved it.
Superbe endroit légèrement mal insonorisé mais endroit formidable à proximité de tous ! Il manquerais un air conditionné dans l’un des chambres et dans la salle commune mais nous avons été super bien car le confort des lits étaient magique. Merci 🤩 nous reviendront sans l’ombre d’un doute.

Sean was a great host! Always super quick about response times. We absolutely loved the stay and would come back 10 more times! Thanks Sean and team!
Only thing I would recommend, would be to explain the parking a little better. Also, explain that the washer and dryer are coin operated . Other than that everything was great. Sean was very helpful when we had an issue with the smoke alarm and had maintenance on site quickly.
