Sean’s place was clean and the location was great for us, we were only in town for a quick weekend getaway so being walking distance from everything was extremely important as I didn’t want to waste time driving and finding expensive parking. We had everything we needed for a quick getaway, the communication was great and they were very responsive to questions, would recommend.

Sean's place was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to everything you could want and/or need. He was very proactive to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Great Host and great place! Way better than any stuffy hotel. Can't wait to go back and stay with them again...

There were a lot of fun activities to do in Hampton and Sean's rental was incredibly close to all of them. I kept my car parked the whole trip and we were able to walk to whatever we needed. It truly is a 30 second walk to the beach. It's a perfect home base while you are spending your days enjoying the beach and the boardwalk
