Sean was very helpful and got back to us quickly. Though a few things to note were that the white pillow cases had stains on them. Some newer and some older. We requested to check in 2 hours earlier and pay $50 but Sean was unable to reach his cleaning crew to confirm that was okay for hours. I’m currently waiting for the refund. Overall, cute place for a small family.

We stayed one night to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday with a few of her friends, and it was perfect! The house was super clean, in a great location near the beach, and had everything we needed. Sean was an excellent host and provided helpful info ahead of time. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

This rental was the perfect haven for us. The single-level layout was a godsend for my husband's knee issues, and we enjoyed the location: off the main drag, yet within walking distance to everything. The ample space, bright interiors, comfy beds, and a functional cooking area were welcome additions. Add to that the convenience of off-street parking and a cozy covered porch, and we were in heaven. Sean's exceptional service, even at 2AM (sorry, Sean!) was the cherry on top.

Nice place to stay and right next to the beach! Couldn't ask for any more.

Everything was wonderful! Communication was good. The beds were very comfortable which is important. Everything was a convenient walk away from stores, to restaurants, to the beach. Just know there is only one paying spot available. If you're bringing two cars you can reserve a parking spot at the hotel close by which is about $20 a night or you can park at the park-n-ride off the exit.

Our family Loved this location so much! The beach was just steps away and convenient to everything. Sean was very responsive and everything in the house was spotless. Pictures of the Airbnb was exactly as stated!

What a gem! This spot is truly a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Parking was tight but it was well-described in the listing so we were well prepared and checkin was smooth. A perfect place to crash after a long day at the beach!

I brought my 3 kids up to Water Country on Friday and decided to stay a night to take in the arcades, restaurants and the beach. Sean’s place was exactly as advertised, very recently renovated and very clean. My kids didn’t want to leave so we tried to book another night, but it was booked. We will definitely be back. Great location- close to everything.

The lights in all the bedrooms flicker. For the price being charged I’d expect simple things like that to work. We have stayed in this area many times and this price is pretty high for what the place is

Beautiful place and a beautiful location so close to the beach and the boardwalk. The only complaint I have is that there were two different emails that specified that we had either one or two parking spaces. Unfortunately, we only ended up with one parking space for the location for as many people that are allowed to sleep there. They should be at least for two cars.

Enjoyed our stay! Family of 6 and we had plenty of room in the 3 bedroom. The place looked brand new. Parking spot 10 ft from the front door and easily fit a suburban. More than expected amenities, extremely clean, and on a quiet street half a block from the beach! So many restaurants within walking distance,Brand new AC, Nice porch and patio set to have morning coffee and an amazing coffee pot.Did I mention the tankless water heater!! Very prompt with messaging back and would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to vacation.

This place was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Quiet spot right off of ocean blvd with a very easy and short walk to the beach and all boardwalk attractions! We would definitely book again! I loved that we weren’t in a big building with other people surrounding us on every side. We loved the outdoor patio also! Host was very attentive and responsive.

This was our first Airbnb as a family of 5 and was a great experience. We had an issue with parking and Sean was very responsive and within minutes we had a parking spot! The kitchen & bathrooms were impeccable! The location was absolutely perfect - especially with having 2 teenagers and a toddler. We visit Hampton beach yearly and will definitely be staying here again! The only downfall of our stay was at night while lounging as a family of 5, there was only enough couch space for 2. The dining table that sits 4, allowed us to be together but not the most comfortable.

Les sols étaient impeccables, les draps étaient frais. Cela a créé une atmosphère accueillante et confortable pour mon séjour de quatre jours. L'emplacement de la location était tout simplement parfait. Elle était idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage, ce qui m'a permis de profiter facilement des magnifiques paysages côtiers. La location était également équipée de tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour mon séjour. Appareils modernes dans la cuisine, chambres joliment aménagées et confortables, connexion Wifi rapide et fiable. L'hôte est aussi réactif et disponible. En conclusion, ma location à Hampton Beach a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Je la recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une escapade agréable et relaxante!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great.

Sean was great. Communication was quick and friendly. Unit was exactly as described. Perfect location, easily walkable to the strip and the back side of the strip where more of the restaurants are. Would 1000% stay there again.

Great location, very close to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and additional parking was on either end of the street when meeting up with friends. Check in was great. Had a few questions about an hour before check in and they promptly responded. The place is nothing glamorous, a crash pad for a good beach week but it was clean and management did a great job communicating with us.

Sean and his team are great at communicating! Any issues and Sean responded right away. The location is literally perfect! Beds we’re comfy! Will def rent again!
