FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Great beach apartment with a beautiful ocean view making you want to just sit on the porch and listen to the waves crashing on the sand. This space is walking distance from restaurants. Nice location for swimming, riding bikes, strolling on the beach, and for nature hikes. The host is very responsive. We love this place and we have stayed several times. We will be back.

Sean was an amazing host and the place was breathtaking, even better than the pictures. Communication was great, he responded immediately. So much to do within walking distance. Slept my family of 5 adults comfortably and the place was immaculate. Cant wait to stay again!!
