Please note: This is one of two cottages on the property. The second cottage is located behind Pat’s Porch and may be occupied during your stay. Each unit is fully separate with dedicated entrances.

These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.
FYI - We have a Ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

This cottage was in the perfect location just a short walk to the beach. It’s a cute little cottage and we spent a lot of time on the big front porch. It does get a little warm in the back 2 bedrooms but thanks to other reviews I was aware of this and brought some extra fans (fans were also supplied in the house). Overall a great stay! Thanks 😊

Chris's place was as described and perfect for our needs. We stayed a month with our 3 cays during construction of our home locally. it was equipped nicely and allowed us to settle right in. It was comfortable for all of us. it was only a block away from the beach and had it been warmer we would have utilized this feature. Chris was quick to respond with any questions
The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had all the amenities you'll need.... fully outfitted kitchen, soap and shampoo, TV with all the streaming services, and even an iron/board. The times that I messaged Chris (Host) he always replied within 10 minutes. Turn left out the door and walk a minute or two and you're right on the beach. While it was offseason, we had a great time running along the shoreline with our dog and practically the whole beach to ourselves... and still plenty of places open for dinner and breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We booked our stay very last minute and I was pleasantly surprised when I got an immediate response confirming our stay. Within hours we received the checking instructions. After our arrival, we received a questionnaire asking if everything was fine. Before check out we were sent a list of things to do prior to check out. Very pleasant experience all in all. Close to the beach and except for the fact that it was off season there would have been a lot to do in the area. As it was it was off season and there was very little for us to do but within walking distance was enough to keep us very content. It was close to all the towns we wanted to go and visit and was a good resting place for us. I would stay there again.
