Relax on the expansive porch equipped with a picnic table, lounge chairs, and grill, or unwind indoors with fast wifi and a Samsung Smart TV.

FYI - We have a Ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

This town is so quiet and beautiful. Perfect distance from surrounding bigger towns, including Boston, Salem, and Portland. Locals are amazing, and there were plenty of local establishments to eat/hang out at. Cleanest bnb I’ve EVER stayed in. Perfect and homey if you’re just hanging around at night. My whole group was raving about the airbnb, town, atmosphere, etc. HIGHLY recommend!!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and child-friendly. Chris definitely puts a lot of effort into the home and making it a comfortable and enjoyable spot. The porch is awesome and has an excellent retractable mesh gate to keep young kids away from the sidewalk/street… can’t emphasize enough how much I loved this and how much easier it made everything.

Great house walking distance to Hampton Beach with central AC and fantastic front porch. Comfy, clean beds and ample kitchen amenities. Would highly recommend.
