Welcome to our stylish downtown Newburyport apartment, nestled in the highly sought-after "South End" neighborhood. This tastefully designed property comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two luxurious king-size beds. This is 1 of just 2 units in the building. Enjoy a prime location mere steps away from the picturesque waterfront, State Street, Rail Trail, charming shops, and award-winning dining options. Additionally, the beautiful Plum Island's beaches are just a short 3-mile drive away.

Property Features - 2 levels, 2 bedrooms (each with a king-size bed), a half bath on the ground level, a full bathroom with tiled shower tub on the second level, stackable in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and dining room table, 2 smart TVs with ability to log into your streaming services (Samsung smart TV in downstairs living room and Vizio TV upstairs), clean linens and bath towels provided for all guests, dedicated work-from-home desk located in the ground-level living room, back paved patio area with gas grill and propane fire table, 2 off-street tandem parking spots, 3 window AC units provided (one in bedroom #1, one in bedroom #2 and one in the downstairs living room). Guava Family Lotus travel crib and booster seat is available upon request!

Sleeping Situation - The property sleeps up to 4 people:

(1) Bedroom #1: King bed, located on 2nd floor

(2) Bedroom #2: King bed, located on 2nd floor

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - The fireplace is inoperable and not to be used. The second level deck is also not to be used. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

My husband and I came to town with his parents for a wedding. We wanted to enjoy the quaint town of Newburyport and have a place where we could regroup together. The condo was exactly as described, and everything that we needed for our weekend. We were comfortable and fortunate to be within walking distance to the downtown area.

Nice neighborhood. A short walk to town. I will also add the people of Newburyport are very friendly :) The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Beds are comfy too! Centrally located and walkable to all that the historical district of Newburyport has to offer as well as being a short bike ride to the beaches on Plum Island - this is rare find for a short-term rental. Lots of comfortable seating and communal living space on the downstairs and upstairs floors made it the perfect place for us to hang out with family. We hope to be back again soon!

We loved staying here. We had a short walk to the beautiful Newburyport Riverwalk every day, enjoyed the beautiful town and walked back later in the evenings. The place was very clean and comfortable. Sean was very helpful and responsive. We totally recommend this place!
