We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The unit was neat, clean, well stocked, and up to date. All amenities and accessories published were available. Sean was an excellent agent. He was always professional, polite, and responsive.

Beautiful place!

When we first arrived it took a little time to adjust -- Salisbury Beach, MA, is a densely populated location with many beach houses so it was not the rustic rental we had imagined. But once we adjusted to the new reality, the experience was excellent. The house is well-furnished with high-quality finishes and the kitchen worked well for us for cooking meals. We especially enjoyed being so close to the beach. Once you walk out of this unit and past the two other units in the building, you are out on the beach and can swim, play catch, do yoga, or walk for miles in either direction. It's right there. I really appreciated not needing to walk or drive a long ways to the beach. Overall, I'd give it a 5 out of 5.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable, in addition to tastefully decorated. The beautiful beach was incredibly convenient and easily accessible. Sean’s response times were amazing. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable week!

My family of 6 stayed here for our visit and it was perfect! You can walk out back right onto the beach! They have all things you need to have fun including chairs, wake boards, football, sand castle building toys, etc. my kids loved it! The home is cozy and accommodating; exactly as pictured. Sean is a great host, very communicative and kind! We couldn’t have had a better start to our summer 💕

Enjoyed the quite location

Great place , sadly the weather was not great but location of the property is great . House was very pleasant to be in , will definitely try my luck again with the weather and book this place again .

We loved our stay here. Sean was a great host. He got us through some initial questions very quickly. He was super fast responding and greatly helpful. There’s great access to the beach through the fenced, sandy back yard. It’s an awesome space if you wanted to let the kids run free without worrying that they’d get to the water. We did our trip in march when it was cold, it we still got out for a walk in the beach every day. Off season restaurants were good with a really good breakfast place, bar and convenient store a short walk away.

Mark and Sean, - I checked in the washer and dryer, and they were broken, and removing them required the beds to be disassembled. -Mmaintenance was given access to assess the problem. When I returned immediately, I smelled a strong odor of marijuana. He informed me the washer and dryer likely needed to be replaced and that the bunk beds couldn’t be fully disassembled because the screws were stripped. Instead of resolving the issue, he left them standing in the way. My water froze in both the shower and toilet. Nowhere in your information did it state that I needed to remove access panels and run a space heater 24/7 to prevent pipes from freezing. The refrigerator and freezer failed—twice—resulting in wasted food. I was compensated $50 Additionally, there was a broken coffee maker from day one and a robot vacuum, so full it appeared never to have been emptied. Both were replaced. Floors were very uneven; I was not expecting this. Sean reacted to everything, And I was reimbursed$500

Beautiful place to spend a holiday with family

We had a very nice stay for a week +. The listing is a described and the property well kept. The beds were comfortable. Nice TV and good Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend the property if you will be staying in the area.

Everything was as promised. Well stocked and clean. Sean was attentive and checked in to make sure everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check/in was easy and the unit was very clean. Sean was also very responsive to our needs and beach access was fantastic. The only thing is that the ceilings are a little low which made the bunk bed a little difficult to use.

Very accommodating for early check in/late check out and checked in about any needs that we had! Place feels much smaller than the pictures look but was the perfect beach getaway.

Sean's place was really nice! It was a great centralized location to travel between Boston and Portland. For hosting five women, the space was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. We did receive a noise complaint from a neighbor despite only having regular conversation and light music while getting ready around 9:30am but Sean relayed the information to us respectfully and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was walkable to everything. Having a dedicated parking spot was a plus. The place was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!!

Great location. Beach access so appreciated.

Lovely place steps away from the beach. This ground floor apartment is a great place with easy access to the beach. Easy communication, simple entry instructions, clean, comfy beds and everything you could need in the space. It is on the smaller side - but that doesn’t matter as you spend most of the time on the beach! The floors are quite thin so the upstairs neighbours walking around was relatively Loud (we only really noticed as we had kids going to sleep a bit early), the floors are also wonky, it feels like the floors in certain areas have sunk or risen, not sure why, but we all kind of felt like we were on a boat at times as we walked around… again not a major issue, but something to be aware of.

Place was clean and neat, loved how the beach was basically our backyard. Sean responded fast and kindly to any problems or issues that came up. Was a great trip overall!

This place was clean, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Felt it was a little expensive for how small it was. Furniture was not accommodating for a large group. Pictures show the backyard is oceanfront but it is not if you are staying in unit A1 ground level. We were woken up several times by noise upstairs & renovations during the day rattled decorations on the walls. No living room table so we had to use the ironing board to set our things down . Dining room table accommodates 4 not 6. We were supplied with ONE hand towel. Nowhere to store your things in the bedrooms.

We stayed for only a night but it's definitely worth it to stay for a week. The unit is clean, spacious, and relaxing. The convience of being right on the beach can't be overstated, especially with kids.

Sean place was very very clean I will say And although I had problems with lock the first day he was very responsive to help me Keep in mind that the room are smaller especially the one with the bunk bed , and I believe the grill in the pic is for the neighbors All in all if your looking for a quiet place away from the noise at Hampton this will be your place

Absolutely amazing! Not only was the condo very clean. It was exactly as described. The host was always responsive and even allowed us a late check-out. But mostly, the location cannot be beaten. We initially wanted to stay in Hampton, but we do not regret our decision to stay in Salisbury. The beach is not crowded yet it is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and well me rained. You cannot get a place by the beach in Hampton. And if you do want to visit the Hampton beach it is 10 minutes away by car. We will definitely return!

Excellent location, great communication, listing is accurate, and host is very responsive. Our family loved the location of our stay and the convenience of the beach just steps away. The unit has all the necessities and we would love to come back again!
