We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding.

A $100 pet fee per stay applies and will be charged after booking confirmation.

We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

CLEANING: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Salisbury Beach. The space was bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. It was the perfect size for our family of three and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. One of the best features was the location—you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, arcades, and other local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing to drive. The off-street parking was also a huge bonus and made our stay even more stress-free. Overall, this place was exactly what we were looking for and we would happily stay here again!

Perfect spot for beach access that isn’t overwhelmingly crowded. Literally a 2 min walk to the sand. Quick access to center for beach buys, entertainment & eats. Parking was easy in and easy out with space for 2 cars. Friendly neighbors all around. Apartment clean, decor is upbeat and really makes the space. Quality, clean linens & towels. Main bedroom with king bed & the large closet was great! 2nd bedroom with twin bed & trundle (as specified) is ideal for kids . Living room couch easily converts for sleeping but accommodating 2 adults would be a stretch. It is also quite firm offering little in the way of comfort. Outdoor space is usable & very inviting. Plenty of options for offloading all your beach gear. Optimal for singles or a couple traveling with children. Would stay again.

I stayed at this place for one month because of a relocation. The property is modern and well-maintained, equipped with all needs in the kitchen. The host, Sean, is responsive and accommodating. Very clean. I suggest bringing your own heater if you stay in the colder months. They have one wall heater to heat the entire place and at one point it went out and we didn’t get a response for over 12 hours. It was 38 degrees outside so we had to purchase 2 space heaters costing us $150. When people stay above you, it can get very noisy but overall we liked our stay.
