Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - Parking is located 1/2 block away and is very tight, especially for larger vehicles. Please take this into consideration as you plan your trip. This unit is located on the third level and is accessible by a set of narrow stairs (there is no elevator). The bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase. Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.

We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
