What a place! I was thrilled to find this gem when booking my birthday trip. Sean was so kind, very responsive and helpful with any details and questions along the way. The balcony deck was our perfect retreat for coffee and cocktails when we wanted an escape from busy Ocean Boulevard. The kitchen has all the necessities to make a delicious meal when you feel like staying in. We will be back, I cannot wait for our next stay.

This is a great location. Any minor issues were dealt with promptly by our host, who was very responsive. This is a great unit to stay in - Right across from the beach. Its the third floor so you'll need to be ready to climb a few flights of stairs but the view at sunrise is worth it.

This rental is situated perfectly for a quick walk to the beach and walkable for all of the restaurants and activities you could hope for! We loved it. Sean was very responsive and helpful. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Lovely place, perfect for a beach get away near everything. Host was very friendly and responsive. If you are not a fan of stairs after a long day this might not be the place for you. Views from the deck were awesome.

Stayed here for a girls weekend. The apartment was great, and so cute! Looked exactly like the photos. Sean provided very clear instructions on how to get straight to our unit and for check-in. The location is absolutely worth it, everything is walking distance. Amazing restaurants, directly across from the beach and fun night life! Will definitely stay here again.

I’ve been coming to Hampton with my grandparents for the last 30 years and this was my first time staying on the main strip. We stayed with our two daughters (3 and under). Space was clean and safe. It was convenient, comfortable and super easy to access. Sean and his team were very responsive, proactive and made everything super easy. We would definitely stay again.

The place looked exactly like pictures. Beautiful view, close to everything. The top stairs were a little steep but even my 78 year old mom had no problem getting up and down them. Would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10 rating from us.

Sean and the apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. You are directly across the street from the beach, to the point that the porch is a perfect place to watch fireworks from. I know the rate was low due to the offseason, but still better than local hotels with more amenities. I'll definitely stay here again.

Awesome spot right on the beach with a beautiful view and balcony you can sit on and have your morning coffee! Beds are only doubles so if you’re a tall person you may have some trouble, but we let the host know! We went with our family but this would be super cute for a bachelorette with like 4-6 people! Super responsive host! Sean was amazing and always available and provided fun activities in the area and restaurants for us! We did a fall weekend and it was perfect l, just a short drive from quintessential New Hampshire fall foliage!

Be prepared to walk up flights of stairs & not wide First requested a 3 bedroom & was given a 2 bedroom for same price not sure how that works

I can only imagine how wonderful Sean’s place is in the summer. We visited in October and it was lovely. I enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise every day! The YouTube video on how to get inside was a lifesaver! We will be back in the summer!

We expend a beautiful weekend with my family, the place it’s just wonderful, carefully decorated and designed, the view every day it is PRICELESS! The host can’t be more attentive and friendly, surely we will come back! Off course the cleanliness, spotless!

Great access to all amenities. Close to bar and restaurant with all the action so if you’re looking for quiet before midnight, this area is not for you. .

It was a walking distance to the beach . The place was as pictured on website, very clean , Sean gave easy instructions how to get in and check out . Great recommendations to store’s restaurants . The video was also very helpful to getting to our room on the 3rd floor . Great Stay!

While a great location and view, i would not go back. Allegedly sleeps 6 but beds are cramped full size and i couldn’t figure out how the sofa pulled out. For this kind of money the wifi should work, the door lock should work the first time every time, and there should be some way to borrow beach toys. Im literally kicking myself for paying this much for so little.

The unit is a bit tucked away, but the instructions on how to enter were very detailed. The view of the beach is perfect, and the unit is a stone’s throw from Bernie’s and the other beach spots.

L’appartement impeccable et son emplacement avec la vue sur la plage est génial. Nous avons même eu droit à une vue imprenable sur les feux d’artifices du mercredi. L’accès facile à la plage est enviable. Tout est parfait dans cet appartement fraîchement rénové. Sinon que les lits de la chambre et de la mezzanine sont petits pour y dormir à 2. Toutefois le divan lit est un queen dont le matelas est confortable et on y dort très bien. Petit bémol avec le wifi qui fut très instable tout au long du séjour. Les données cellulaires furent donc incontournables. Quoi qu’il en soit, un magnifique séjour dans un très bel appartement! Merci à Sean pour sa gentillesse et sa promptitude à répondre aux petites requêtes.
