PLEASE NOTE:

✫ Within a condo building on the third floor - handicap accessible with elevator (unit does include stairs, however)

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ We provide two, roughly twin-sized, cushioned cots (sheets and blankets provided) to sleep two more people. These are best suited for kids :)

✫ All vehicles must be removed from the parking garage on October 2, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM to allow management to complete line striping of the entire parking lot.

Excellent place! We had a great time at Sean’s apartment. Great location - close enough to walk to everything but still has great parking and a secure building. Apartment was clean and spacious. Sean communicated frequently. And can’t forget to mention the nice outdoor deck off the top floor!

Absolutely loved this place for our group. We were two couples with small children. The property and location were perfect for our trip. Everything was walkable but we had a quiet place to return to. It was the best of both worlds. Enjoy busy Hampton Beach and then come back and relax on the balcony. We are talking about booking this property for next year! Host was extremely responsive and provided lots of information about the property and area.
