No more than 2 dogs allowed for an additional $100 per pet per booking fee. Conveniently located to major attractions in our quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to our new construction and newly-furnished rental just 10 minutes to Coral Oaks Golf Club, 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to downtown Cape Coral, 30 minutes to Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda, 35 minutes to downtown Fort Meyers, and 60 minutes to Sanibel Island. This is the perfect vacation home for those looking to relax in a large, clean conveniently located NW Cape Coral home. Longer-term monthly rentals available, so inquire for prices specific to your long-term dates.

Property Features: 1,619 square feet, single level home, high-speed internet, screened in back lanai, 2 smart TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom with Spectrum Cable and ability to log into your streaming services), primary bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, bathroom #2 with shower tub, central AC & heat via forced air, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, on-site washer and dryer in laundry room, ability to park up to 6 cars off-street in our 3-car garage and paved driveway (no commercial vehicles are allowed on property due to the town ordinance), open flat back yard (not fenced in) perfect for lawn games and relaxing).

Sleeping Information: The home sleeps up to 7 people:

(1) Bedroom #1: king bed bed (2 people)

(2) Bedroom #2: Queen bed (2 people)

(3) Bedroom #3: Queen bed (2 people)

(4) Living room couch sleeps 1 person (not a sleeper sofa)

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: Beach chairs, beach towels and other beach accessories are not provided. There is no grill on property. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

We have been in Air BnB's for over 8 months. There are good and bad things about all of them. Sean is the only one I have given a 5 star review to. The place was clean, well equipped and in a very safe and quit neighborhood. We had a few issues, like all of our airbnb stays, however, Sean made sure each of our concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. Cant recommend him as a host enough.
