Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic house on Plum Island, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the charming beachy decor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The house is ideally located just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily trips to soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning ocean views. It's also close to local shops and restaurants, so exploring the island is a breeze. Inside, the space is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. I especially loved the large deck where I could lounge with a good book and breathe in the fresh sea air. The owners were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Their attentiveness truly made a difference.

Communication was exceptional and fast right from booking through the end of the stay. The listing and pictures are exactly what you get- it’s a beautiful home. Extremely clean and well taken care of, just across the street from the beach- perfect location, quiet neighborhood. All around great experience and hope to be back!
