Welcome to "The Salty Dog", Hampton Beach's newest pet-friendly rental just 0.3 miles to the beach (7 minute walk). Single-level newly renovated home - with beautiful private fenced in yard, lawn games, picnic table & gas grill, off-street parking for 4 cars, sun-filled front porch with swing seat, fully stocked kitchen, central AC & heat via mini-split system & 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people.

*No more than 2 dogs max, $100 pet fee per pet - to be collected after the booking is confirmed*

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Many thanks to Sean for making my weekend extra wonderful in Hampton! His clear communication and easy instructions made it so nice to just relax. The house was so cozy and cute, and very clean. The backyard was a nice bonus as well! Altogether wonderful experience and I will DEFINITELY stay again!!!

This is a very quaint cottage located close to downtown Hampton Beach . Although off season, there were many great restaurants close by. It was very close to Newburyport and So. Maine as well. Very nicely located! Sean was immediately responsive when I reached out, the bed was comfy and checkout very easy! I definitely recommend!
