Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed

Wonderful place, loved the beach right across the street. Decorated perfectly. Rooftop and back deck were very nice. The backyard is perfect for yard games. Which looks out over the peaceful marsh. Sunrise at the beach and sunset in the back. Just an AMAZING PLACE! Will definitely be back!

Great place for a getaway! Everything was neat and clean and easy to access. Beautiful location with lots of beaches and places to walk and hike. Great sunsets on the deck overlooking the marsh.
