Who Are Our Long-Term Vacation Rentals For?

Our long-term vacation rentals attract a wide range of guests looking for flexibility during the off season. Remote workers use an extended stay rental as a change of scenery without giving up the comforts of home. Others book a monthly rental for a quiet coastal escape during the winter months, when the beaches are calm and the seaside towns slow to a more relaxed pace.

Traveling professionals and families who are moving to the area and are between home closings also book our long-term vacation rentals for a fully furnished option with none of the setup of a traditional lease. We also help insurance relocation guests find temporary housing after unexpected damage forces them out of their homes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum stay for a monthly vacation rental?

Thirty days. Our long-term vacation rentals are built for stays of a month or longer, making them a great fit for remote workers or a full winter season away from home.

Are long-stay vacation rentals available year-round, or only in the off season?

Most of our monthly vacation rentals are available from November through April. We also arrange temporary housing outside that window for insurance relocation guests and clients referred by local real estate agents. For all other stays, our properties operate as traditional short-term vacation rentals from May through October.

Can I extend my stay?

In many cases, yes. If your rental is available for the following month, our team can help extend your stay so you're not stuck moving mid-season. Contact us if you’d like to extend it.

How far in advance should I book a monthly rental for the winter season?

We recommend reaching out as early as late summer or early fall for the best selection. Many of our extended stay vacation rentals are booked well before the November through April season begins.
