PLEASE NOTE:
✫ There are three levels to this home. There is entry through the ground level and second level. There is a spiral staircase going from the first level to the third.
✫ No pets or smoking. Guests must be 25+ years old
✫ The home includes window A/C units in the second level bathroom and third level hallway. There is no AC on the first level)
✫ Absolutely no fires on the property or in the communal space. A $500 penalty will be applied if this rule is violated.
✫ Bedrooms do not have dedicated A/C units. Heating is available throughout the unit for cooler months.
✫ Parking includes two designated off-street space. Free street parking is available across the street on a first-come basis. Oversized vehicles may be a tighter fit in designated parking spaces.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
FYI - We have a Ring Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
