Wonderful stay as it is a great location! Beach was right in front of us (we had a balcony facing the water) , restaurants and the outdoor concerts (and fireworks) were at a walking distance….we will be back for sure!!!

Sean and his place are amazing! I will not stay anywhere eles in Hampton Beach now that I've found this gem! The balcony and ocean veiw were perfect. The veiw of sunrise over the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. I can't wait to go back!

Awesome apartment at heavenly Hampton Beach... Cozy bedroom in the back with adjacent bath, central kitchen with eating area, and front living room with balcony towards sea, and two captain chairs to enjoy the view. Private parking in back street, place all new and well equipped... With welcome coffee + tea. But narrow staircases, travel light. Host very attentive and considerate

We had a lovely stay at The Whale Tail. The place is perfectly located to enjoy Hampton Beach, and has a lovely balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is well-sized and has everything you need for a short break. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

What a fantastic trip! We spent time with friends who also rented from Shawn! Both welcoming and inviting! We loved our balcony overlooking the beach and all the wonderful sunrises that greeted us each morning. Very comfy and perfect accommodations! Will be staying at any one of their locations.

Perfect location! Walking distance to everything with enough privacy in the unit you could escape when needed. We used the balcony daily with very comfortable chairs overlooking the ocean. Impeccable clean I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat

Great place and area!

If you are looking for a clean and cozy place to stay during your next beach vacation, this is it! Walking distance to everything you need, from shops to restaurants to the beach - the location is perfect. The balcony view was incredible and we spent every morning and evening out there. If we ever decide to go back to Hampton Beach in the future, we will absolutely book this unit again.

Great location with excellent beach views from private balcony and walking distance to the beach and everything on the strip! Only knock is the communication. I had to call the host directly 1 hour before check in to confirm our reservation and get the code to access the bnb.

Its a great place on beginning of boardwalk, be prepared to walk back and forth all night if you buy stuff

Loved our stay. Great spot. We had a great time, view and overall enjoyed the place and would definitely recommend and rebook! I would say if you are over 6ft tall it might be uncomfortable, low ceilings, short bed but we are under 6ft so we didn’t have a problem. Just a legit heads up for tall people.

Great stay! The host was very responsive, and the online guidebook plus the video instructions made check-in super easy. The unit was neat, charming, and had everything we needed. Perfect location—right at the start of the strip with a beautiful view of the beach.

Stayed here with my 2 year old son and my mom for a long weekend trip. The rental was clean and described accurately. You are at the start of Hampton strip so the noise was not any issue which was great. Would stay again.

This little apartment is in a very busy area, but quiets down completely by about 10 pm, and is still quiet throughout the morning. Nice balcony to watch the ocean sunrise with coffee/breakfast, and great for a morning beach walk, just across the street. The bed was good and the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I had a couple of requests for Sean and he was responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Hampton Beach has always been my family’s vacation spot and being right on the strip across from the beach was so peaceful and nostalgic! Beautiful spot and a great and communicative host!

it was awesome we stayed in 2s with a beautiful view of ocean from our balcony only thing that stunk was how tight the parking lot was and having to walk bags to room but he does have that written in the description all in all great place to stay

Amazing location and apartment.

The place was exactly like the pictures and as described. It was very easy to find, beyond comfortable and very relaxing. Location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean within walking distance of everything. The apartment offered privacy and was better than expected. The place was extremely clean and was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, highly recommended and we will be returning.

This was a great little place to stay right across from the beach! Very clean and put together when we arrived and the balcony overlooking the beach was awesome! Would definitely come back to the Americana if visiting Hampton Beach again.

This unit is exactly what you see. The location is superb! It’s at the very Southend of Hampton Beach, which for us, was great! It’s away from the loud bars, restaurants, casino and attractions but within a 2 minute walk to all of these. Its oceanfront view is unbelievable. Every morning we would sit on the balcony with our coffee. (The elevated Adirondack chairs are key and an ideal touch to achieve the amazing view). You can see the waves crashing and have peaceful mornings with an incredible view. The unit itself is very clean and stocked with everything and extra of what you need…including extra sheets/towels in the bedroom dresser. There was even fresh coffee, sugar and creamer packets in the fridge ready to use. I was so happy about this because I can’t speak in the morning till I have a sip of my coffee. LOL. Of course, there are plenty of places to go grab coffee or whatever you need as well. The team was extremely responsive to any questions and beyond helpful. We will be back
