This unit is located on the second level and is accessible by set stairs (there is no elevator). Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.

 

No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Thanks for understanding!

Cute little apartment in a great location. Even with two young kids and a wagon full of beach toys, we were easily able to walk across the street to the beach every day and to a huge selection of restaurants, shops, and the arcade. The video explanation of how to get into the building and to the apartment was very helpful.
