✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

A beautiful rental with ample sleep space, a grill, and easy walking access to a beautiful beach! We were a group of 9 enjoying a beach weekend to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding, and it was the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy one another’s company!

This home was clean, tidy, and spacious for our group. The furnishings did not meet our expectations for a rental at this price point, as they were mismatched, dated and not great quality. Both bathrooms could use updating and some repairs. Overall, we felt the rental was overpriced for its condition. That said, it was still a nice place for a family getaway.
