Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Great place and stay! Place was well maintained and clean, just like the pictures. Location was great, 5-10 min walk to shops/restaurants and parking right outside. Sean was very communicative and responsive. We loved the place and would highly recommend!

Great space in an excellent location. Very short and easy walk to Newburyport’s lovely downtown. Street itself was quiet and the off street parking was very convenient. House was clean and very well furnished. We were traveling with a toddler who also enjoyed the space very much too.

This place is BEAUTIFUL, we loved the cute historical charm of the place. The beds are so so comfortable we didn’t want to leave them. Host is very communicative and helpful. The location is perfect, a nice quaint neighborhood but just a block around lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Location was perfect! Walkable to downtown and waterfront. Cute home with period touches. Comfortable furniture and beds were cozy. Coffee bar was generous and added touches to the home made it feel special. I would stay at this home again!
