The stay at right on the strip across from the ocean but at the end. It was perfect to be right next to everything but it was a big more quiet for late nights/sleeping. The place was clean and the host was responsive. Thank you!

Sean was great to work with. Always responded quickly and communicated urgent information. The space fit my family of 5 perfectly. The space was comfortable, easy to access and we really loved sitting on the deck- such a great bonus space. I loved that the house was at the beginning of the HB strip, less noise and away from the hubbub slightly. The only small detail I would give feedback on is to have more privacy in the bathroom. The house next door is very close and someone could see into the bathroom. Otherwise, great space, would book again!

My friends and I went up for the weekend! Celebrated my 25th! The place was super clean and beautiful! It was a cute spot and I liked how it was a private area! I would 100% go back again! The Host Sean was super reliable and nice when it came to any questions or concerns I had!

This was a beautiful stay and we enjoyed it a lot. I would say the only downside is the parking. It is an Airbnb for 6 and 1 parking spot is not enough. We were lucky that it was low season so we parked on the street but in a high season forget it. But everything else was just wonderful. 10/10 will visit again.

What a great experience! My and my 3 friends had a great stay at The Americana. The apartment is newly renovated, was spotless, and was beautifully decorated. We were in town for a comedy show at The Hampton Casino and the location of the apartment is fantastic. Directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and venues. Sean was also a wonderful host - always quick to respond. I’d recommend this rental and would stay again! Thanks!

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean and worked perfectly for our group of 5. The only problem we had was that there was only ONE parking space available to us This proved to be quite a challenge and we had to scramble and pay extra to park the second car. Three bedrooms almost always requires two parking spaces!

We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. You have a view of the ocean from both decks off of the apartment. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the property. The hosts were very responsive upon reaching out to them. The only downfall was the parking, the apartment comes with one assigned spot but we had 2 cars for the 6 of us. The hosts were great at providing us with an additional place to park, providing the name and contact information. The apartment is updated and very clean. Was perfect for what we needed it for and we would definitely stay again!

this was a great rental. I've been to Hampton at least a dozen times, this was easily the nicest rental I've seen to date. Staff was responsive, helpful and welcoming. I'll definitely repeat!

Place was well maintained. Could use a few more necessary cooking utensils but was able to make do. Could hear participants of mini golf course but no issues after they closed.

This is my families second time in the same unit RU. The furnishes are beautiful, the walk right across the street to the beach was great. I like that it is at the very start of the strip so it is not noisy.

What a beautiful place! When we walked in it even smelled like it was brand new! It’s not cluttered, furniture was comfortable and it has all the amenities you’d need to cook, clean and just be overall comfortable! We forgot something very important when we left and Sean was awesome at helping us with the process of retrieving it! We’ll be back for sure 💕

Enjoyed our stay at the Americana. Beautifully decorated and recently renovated. Relaxed with family on the deck and enjoyed the view, made family dinners in the kitchen (loved the gas stove!), enjoyed walks along the beach. Excellent communication from Sean. We plan to return.

The host for the property was great, very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The rental space was beautiful and very well maintained. It is also in a great location, very close to restaurants, bars the casino and the beach just across the road. I would definitely recommend the Americana rentals to anyone who is looking for a very clean, well kept place to stay in a great location at Hampton Beach. We had a wonderful stay and will stay there again when we visit Hampton Beach.

This is a fantastic apartment that I recently rented. It's a three-bedroom apartment situated right across the street from the beach. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient. Additionally, the apartment comes with a dedicated parking space, and there is also an option for additional parking at a nearby hotel parking lot. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
