The esthetic of the place was adorable, welcoming and clean. The environment was high energy and entertaining, which made night time here fun for those who enjoy people watching. Sean was very attentive and responded promptly to any/all questions and concerns, making our stay relaxing and worry free. My husband and I decided we would stay here again with a few things to mention. The house was out of the way from Hampton Beach strip chaos. The bar across the way was no problem at all (we stayed Monday-Saturday) so we avoided the weekend. Spacious and new furniture. Washer only washed with warm water and the floors were a little dirty. No mop or broom to clean during our stay. The bathroom was a little odd. Biggest complaint if you have kids. I read a review who asked for a pack and play. When they arrived no pack and play until hours later. I intentionally mentioned the pack and play three times to Sean and we still did not have one upon arrival. A brand new one was sent and arrive within an hour. This was just annoying because I had asked three times prior to arrival. It worked out but if you need a pack and play, maybe bring your own.
location is perfect. very clean. comfy beds. no issues. great host.
The accommodations were as described. There were some minor problems that the host offered to address while we were there but. I declined someone coming in while my family was on vacation. All in all there was plenty of space and it was comfortable. Best for people looking to be close to all the action of Hampton beach. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet beach vacation. Thank you. We had a wonderful time.

You can tell the hosts really care about providing a great experience. Definitely a 5-star home. I would love to stay here again!
Recently stayed for just one night. PERFECT location if you’re deciding to hit the beach or walk the strip. Very responsive host from the get-go. Clear instructions upon check-in and check-out. Clean space. Can’t beat the location!
