Hampton Beach Hideaway

Perfect home away from home. The condo is very spacious and inviting. Everything is as pictured. The host Chris was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again!

The unit was exactly as advertised. Spotless and well kept with modern amenities. Chris is a great communicator…never waited more than a few minutes for a response. All in all a great stay. Thanks, Chris!

I am horrified by this place. I was kicked out after not receiving a message within 24 hours from air bnb and them being forced to make a decision to cancel my stay. However, this person kicked me out for an ADA compliant SERVICE DOG…. Which is totally illegal. I am praying that air bnb remedies this because otherwise I will be forced to litigate both parties. I wasn’t even supposed to be lifting my belongings to begin and this incident could potentially cause me a hospital stay as I am incredibly ill and legitimately just moved across the country to be home near family and receive medical care. I had to move out in less than 12 hours. The management company even after finding out my animal was for service STILL wanted POLICE to escort me THAT MOMENT. He is also now trying to take my money as well. If this can happen on here; I will never feel safe utilizing this platform again. I am actually traumatized, my property damaged, my health compromised. This is bad business and I overpaid.

The unit is clean and the king size bed a plus. There were sufficient supplies for our 5 night stay. The location was good for what we needed: proximity to family in Seabrook. We were frustrated that we could not access the TV stations we are accustomed to (these are expanded basic, like CNBC, Fox, CNN, ESPN), not premium channels. The one minute video left by the manager re using the tv remote was not helpful at all. We had a huge inconvenience from the extensive noise from other units, especially upstairs. There wasn't partying, but we could hear the conversations, every time the toilet was flushed and a strange, lengthy sound off furniture of luggage being being moved around, as well as heavy feet. Seems the building is not sound-proofed. It was especially bad one night when there was an abrupt, loud sound at 11:30 pm after which it took a long time to get back to sleep. Then there was loud noise at 6:30 am.

Great unit with an excellent location just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach! The unit had all the amenities we needed including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious bedroom with king bed and a comfortable pull-out couch. We will be back again!

Chris was a great host! Always responsive, clear instructions and his condo was perfect for our weekend away. Perfect walking distance to the beach, which was amazing for late night strolls. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We wanted to book a quick getaway to spend some time with our visiting relatives from Canada, we found Chris's condo which happened to be located just around the corner from their beach cabin. We couldn't have made a better decision, the condo was beautiful, so well kept, conveniently located, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The communication from Chris was second to none, he made it feel like we were part of his family, not just a stranger renting from some online site, and the check in/out processes was stress free and the easiest one could expect. We had a lovely stay at Chris' condo! The condo was clean, fully equipped and very well located (close to the beach and the boardwalk). The bed and the bedding are really confortable. We enjoyed the Netflix and Prime subscriptions and the terrasse. Chris is a thoughtful host. Communications with him were super efficient and fast. We will definitely return! Thank you!

I absolutely loved Chris's place. it was huge and very clean, much like in the phone online. you had everything you could possibly need to cook even though I didnt get to. the best part was the washer and dryer unit in the master bath. extremely convenient to be able to do a load of laundry when your travelling. the space and experience overall was excellent five stars across the board and I will recommend the place to anyone looking, and I plan on returning again in the future. I recommend this place for a small family of four the half bath in the hall was great for anyone using the pullout sofa.

This was an exceptionally nice place in a great location in Hampton Beach. Close to restaurants/bars and very walkable. Chris' place is just like the pictures; clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. Access was very easy, felt very safe and has off street garage parking. Highly recommend.

We stayed 5 days, 2 adults with a 4yr old. The place is spacious, clean, easy access, walking distance to main boulevard and beach yet quiet and away from the noisy busy boulevard. Covered garage space, lights at night and security cameras, felt very safe. Easy access for stroller with elevator. Quiet, friendly and calm neighbours. No units underneath so didn’t worry about our little one running around the condo. Beach items (parasol, chairs) Very easy communication with Chris. A place we will definitely go back to. Thank you for the stay!

We spent the best week in this condo in Hampton. The communication with the host was very easy. The check in was smooth and there was a parking spot provided. The condo was full of everything you would need for a stay and even had a washer and dryer! This was the perfect location as you were close to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and the cutest little coffee shops. We will be back!

This is the perfect location for Hampton Beach - modern, clean, airy, and near everything. It’s just a few minutes to I-95 and 101 if you want to visit Portsmouth, Exeter or other NH Seacoast locations. Parking is protected and the keyless entry makes it easy to come and go. The condo unit itself if spacious, clean, and updated. Highly recommended.

Coming from out of town to visit grand baby and kids. The place was perfect for them to come visit us and eat a meal with us. Bonus there was a pac n play to put the baby in!

My family and I had such an amazing time and staying at this airbnb was much better than a cramped hotel room. It was super clean and Chris was also very quick to respond to me with all my questions. Staying here made our vacation better than I expected and would easily book this or another one of Chris airbnb properties.

Location, Location! This is a well maintained unit, perfectly situated in the heart of Hampton beach life! Everything is an easy walk away, food, drink, beach, shopping and arcades. A happy place with lots to do. I would highly recommend this unit, for a couple or small family.

Great location and building! Nice outdoor space to relax with friendly people. Beautiful space with comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen to cook in , and a large TV with plenty of entertainment options. My teens and I loved our stay!

My husband and I had a great time. Chris’s place was super clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the fire tv but missed having regular channel programming. Not a deal breaker though. They were stocked with coffee which was great. I only needed to get a few items. We were there off season so it was very quiet but there were a few restaurants open. Loved this place and would stay there again.

Chris's condo in Hampton Beach is really great. Hampton Beach is quiet in the off-season with many businesses shuttered, but it's an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to necessities in Hampton or great restaurants, galleries, and shops in Portsmouth. My stay was for work travel and the place was perfect. Very quiet, thoughtful amenities, and good wifi.

Great location just two blocks from the beach. The space was clean and very comfortable for my husband and I and our 6 month old daughter. Everything was updated and modern and we were so appreciative of a last minute early check in that Chris accommodated for us! Fast internet so my husband could work remotely without problems. It was a great stay.

Great location! Easy to check in! I came up with my family which included two babies. There was plenty of room and the condo was supplied with beach stuff. The neighbors were so friendly and there was a great bar literally next door!
