We had a fantastic stay — the perfect mix of work and romance while setting up our camper nearby. The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel completely at ease. It truly felt like home. We especially appreciated the K-Cups to start our mornings, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to The Goat, L Street Tavern, Wally’s, and the Green Room. Exploring the area together was a highlight. Highly recommend the 🐐! Sean was an incredible host — friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. The description on Airbnb was 100% accurate, and the experience matched it perfectly. We felt so comfortable we didn’t want to leave on checkout day! The condo was great.

facility was clean, area was Aok, the TV reception was questionable, WF issues caused several outages, making TV viewing difficult. Sean was always helping as well as the Vizio support contact, helping repeadly Amalia deserves credit .

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was just as nice as the pictures made it out to be. We have family in nearby Newington, and we enjoy going to Portsmouth, and Ogunquit so the location was perfect. When we go back we hope to be able to book Sean's place again. He was very responsive to a couple of messages I sent him. The wait time was less than 1 minute on both occasions. We highly recommend you choose this place if it's available.

Great experience here! We came after Labor Day - town not as crowded. Unit is one block off beach so provides some peace and quiet but still close to oceanfront, great restaurants and bars. Sean was exceptional in providing info and recommendations and prompt responses to all communications. Would definitely recommend!

The place was really nicely updated, clean and comfortable. Was very close to the beach and boardwalk and the community/neighbors were very nice. Was a great place to relax and enjoy the area. My only negative was I felt like the cancellation policy was too strict by only allowing a couple days to cancel after booking and would only get half your $ back if you did. Also felt like the a couple of the rules were strict, such as not allowed to eat in any of the areas inside the condo other than the kitchen and table/dining area. Other than that, the place was as explained and the locations convenience was awesome! Sean communicated very well by replying back quickly and checking in each day. Overall, it was great weekend spent.

I have been coming to Hampton Beach for decades and this was the nicest, cleanest and most well appointed condo I've rented. There were so many little touches the host thought of to make my stay more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with essentials including coffee and tea. There are full size washer and dry units, plenty of linens and new and confortable furniture. Great location with an easy walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The host checked in with me to make sure my stay was going well and to see if there was anything I needed. I highly recommend this spot to anyone headed to Hampton Beach!

Great place to stay. Perfect location for walking to the beach and a ton of restaurants to walk to. We basically parked to car and never touched it again. Oh, and having a dedicated parking spot that close to the beach; priceless!

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 while we were in town for a bachelorette party. We were within walking distance of the beach and a handful of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The unit actually seemed bigger than the photos implied which was great! There weren’t many pantry items but the kitchen was well stocked with cups, dishes and some baking/cooking supplies. For future travelers who need to sleep more than 2 here, I might recommend bringing air mattresses as the pull out sofa was a bit uncomfortable (though manageable for a weekend trip). Parking was limited to one vehicle but there was a free park and ride about 10 minutes away that we were able to park our party’s other vehicles for the weekend.

The accommodation was nice in a great location for the beach. Parking was great to have and a must for season. Tip the entrance to the space is the second one. Kitchen was well stocked best so far bed comfortable. Instructions need updated, a few discrepancies which they promised to update

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing this place is! It's cozy, very clean and neat. The bathroom mirror, has the built in led lights and is the most amazing thing! Sean, the host is remarkable! He was very friendly and checked in with us periodically! He left very detailed instructions on how to check in, and out. I would absolutely stay here again!

Came for a family visit to Newburyport about a 20 minute drive away. Did not spend a lot of time, except evenings, at the condo. It's a great option for a off season stays and very affordable. Much better option than a hotel. Would like to stay again in the future.

Excellent place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking was a breeze which was key. The apartment was just like the photos, extremely clean and spacious for our toddler to run around while we got ready for the day. And the bed was very comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend staying here to others.

The condo was easy to access and super clean. I had a few questions and Sean always responded within minutes and was super helpful. The parking space was also amazing, as parking in Hampton can often be difficult. Easy walk to the beach and right down the street from our favorite breakfast spot - the Green Room!

Sean's place is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, and convenience stores. The place is beautifully decorated, clutter free, and the washer/dryer is appreciated after a day at the beach. We really had a fantastic trip, but I do wish they'd replace the pullout since the mattress wasn't super comfortable for sleepings (my kids couldn't get comfortable, so they ended up in bed with me and my husband was left to the pullout) and there was more flexibility with the check-in/check-out times given the rental rate.

Sean’s place was spotless and has a very easy access to restaurants, beach and shops, within walking distance. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was very quiet during the night hours and we could not hear any traffic. Would highly recommend this property.

Originally I had booked a hotel, one that I was excited about because I had stayed there in my younger days. However when I arrived it was insanely disappointing, and I found Sean’s listing for the exact dates that I needed and was able to check in that night at 11 PM. It was truly a lifesaver and I wish I had booked this condo to begin with. I will do it again in a heartbeat. Although it isn’t on the boardwalk, it is only a block behind, plus it is near a couple great taverns and a really wonderful new breakfast place. About a 1 to 2 minute walk right to the beach. It was very easy to book, Sean was very hospitable, I felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfy, I love the decor and feel of the space, it’s a great community of other condo visitors, and it ended up being cheaper than the hotel that I paid for. To say that this was worth it is an understatement. If you are looking for a place to stay at Hampton Beach, book here.

Perfect location with just a block away from the beach and the boardwalk. Some good restaurants steps away from the location. The apartment was clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Though it was close to the boardwalk, far enough to be quiet. Sean had thought of every little detail such as coffee, laundry and dishwasher pods which I think is worth enough to separate them from others. The apartment had a guest book with local recommendations, which we thought was great since it was our first time at Hampton Beach. As a host, Sean was organized, had clear instructions on entering the apartment, where to park (closed parking garage btw), etc. His response turnaround was fast! Will definitely look for Sean’s place in the event that we go back!

Great experience. Spacious, comfortable, everything you need without being cluttered. Great kitchen to work in. Immediate response to a small issue, with the owner stopping by to fix it. The owners obviously want their guest to enjoy themselves, and know they are appreciated. Great stay. You'll hear your neighbors, the walker upstairs, and the dogs next door! But it's not too bad.

What a beautiful place that is homey and a very large space. The living room is quite large and the open concept with the kitchen makes it even feel bigger. Nice place to kick back after being on the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were nice quality. All was WONDERFUL and Sean was extremely helpful and his instructions on getting there and checking in (with pictures) were VERY GOOD! Thanks and we hope to be back again real soon.

This apartment is the perfect location for a long weekend! It was clean, in close proximity to all of the action in Hampton, and was very comfortable. If we had any comment, it would just be that the 4pm check in seems late especially compared to other AirBnBs and hotels in the area, but we were able to adjust our schedule. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay in the future.

This condo is roomy, attractive, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including more dishes and flatware than most. The communication was excellent. We received detailed information, including access codes, well before we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic condo we will definitely be back

We were in NH visiting our son and grandson. This unit was perfect for our needs and much better than staying in a hotel. The unit was exactly as described. Sean was pleasant and quick to respond when needed.

We booked our trip because of visiting sick family relative so it was very last minute and booked this place less than 24 hours before our checkin time. It was also passed 12am but Sean responded me right way and made it happen. Condo was very clean, spacious and felt like home right away. So close to the beach/shops and there was a convenient store which open till 11pm just around the corner. It was my first time using airbnb but I had great experience and highly recommend this vacation home.

This condo was a great find. It is walking distance to all the attractions & restaurants and one block from the beach. The inside of the condo was spacious and extremely clean, there is a washer & dryer in the unit also!

Great place, very clean! Perfect location! Had an issue upon arrival of another vehicle being parked where we were instructed to park. Took about 90 minutes to resolve as they were trying to have the vehicle towed. But for some reason the car never got towed and we had to park about 2 blocks away overnight. They reimbursed the parking fee; however, it was an inconvenience and unsettling with it just sitting a parking lot overnight. The other car finally left the next day so we were able to get our spot, but it came back and parked in another spot. Otherwise we had a great experience and would stay there again and would recommend.
