Home Features: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tiled shower (no tub), 1,358 sqft, high speed internet, heat and window AC units, private back deck with gas grill and views of the harbor, 1 Smart TV in living room and 2 Smart TVs in the first floor bedrooms (no cable, but ability to log into your own streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+ etc), all major kitchen appliances (including dishwasher), Keurig coffee maker, cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc), in-unit washer and dryer room on first level, 4 off-street parking spots, clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests.

1st Floor: Bedroom #1 with queen bed, bedroom #2 with full bed, kitchen, living room, front porch, back porch, laundry room and back deck

2nd Floor: Bedroom #3 with 2 twin beds

Sleeping arrangement:

Bedroom #1: Queen bed, first floor (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2: Full bed, first floor (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds, second floor (sleeps 2)

Living room: Sleep sofa, first floor (sleeps 2)

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: No pets, no smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Great stay at Harris Ave Hideaway. The house is charming and has everything you need for a great beach gateway in Hampton Beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach, the boardwalk and all the town has to offer. Very central to many other great drivable locations which we enjoyed. Hosts are great and responsive. Would recommend for all to enjoy.

My sister and I booked Sean’s place for a 4 day/3 night mini vacation with our two boys (ages 4 and 5). We all had an amazing experience - the kitchen and laundry room were so helpful for Moms trying to make sure the kids were healthy and clean even on vacation. The location was easily walkable to the boardwalk and beach even with the two small children. The home was beautiful, bright, clean, and spacious! We loved the enclosed backyard and grill on the deck! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable experience!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! This trip was a family reunion of sorts with grandparents and grandkids and those in between and everyone enjoyed themselves. The walk to the beach is maybe 15 minutes AT MOST (mind you we had older legs and little legs with us). There is a corner store and breakfast and sub shop right around the corner. The boardwalk is also maybe a 10-15 minute walk as well. The host was amazingly helpful with a few questions we had and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
