Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
IMPORTANT: We have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Sean was a great host . The place was wonderful and clean. We could park our car and walk everywhere. It was the perfect spot . The garage was a bonus because my BF band played at a local spot and he didn't have to worry about his equipment in his truck! We would definitely stay here again! Sean was great ! 😊
We had a wonderful stay at Hampton. The host was responsive to all our needs. A few downsides, we were notified day of arrival that the washing machine was out of service and will not be replaced or fixed until after we left. When booking something at the beach, we always look for a washing machine and dryer. My only other complaint was that they were not aware that the owners in the unit below us would be installing flooring for four out of the seven days we were there. They started as early as 7 AM and it was just consistent banging. Of course, during the day we were out, but wasn’t necessarily a pleasant way to start my morning, the host was very responsive and that regards and was unaware that this would be going on so there is nothing we could have done about it. Other than that, the place was beautiful walking distance to everything.. fit our family perfectly. Thanks for a great stay!
First off Sean was very welcoming and answered all queries instantly. He communicate everything I needed to know and check on us to ensure our stay was going as planned. Lastly his place was in an immaculate condition. A real first class host and will definitely stay with him whenever I plan a trip to Hampton Beach.
Great location walking distance to the few restaurants open off season. Place is clean and inviting. Sean is very communicative. We have stayed at 3 of his properties and have never had anything to complain about.
The condo in K ST far exceeded my expectations. Sean was professional; easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, and I will rent from him again! The condo was extremely well equipped and had I really planned better I would have taken advantage of the kitchen. We found amazing local restaurants with daily specials that made it ridiculous to even think about food shopping, cooking and cleaning up. Local restaurants and pubs with $12 prime rib, $7 pasta and meatballs and $10 turkey dinners. Had a wonderful time off season and saw a couple fantastic bands and made new friends!
