PLEASE NOTE:

✫ In the bathroom, the water heater supplies enough hot water for approximately 10 minutes. This is normal for its size (which is about half of a normal water

heater) but please be aware of this when planning your showers. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we are actively saving to replace this unit. Please

note the bathroom is also fairly small (though normal for Hampton Beach).

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in.

These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.

This cottage is tucked behind our front cottage, nicely situated away from the busy road. You have two dedicated parking spots at our neighbor's parking spaces up the street at 52 Highlands Ave - when parking at our neighbors lot, please park next to the Town of Hampton Parking sign right in front of “30 Highland guests” sign). We highly suggest car pooling!

FYI - We have a ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

The house was nicely cleaned and the location is nice. It’s walkable to where the action is, but is far enough away that you aren’t right in it at all times. Other than that, I don’t have many other positives to say. Getting to the house is a nightmare. The listing says you can park in the driveway, but once you reserve this place the owner sends you a link with other information. Come to find out you need to park and leave your car about a quarter mile away from the house. I knew the house was on the smaller side but the bathroom is a joke. You literally can’t move when you’re in there or the shower. The hot water lasts for maybe 5 minutes so take a real quick shower! I messaged the owner for check in saying I couldn’t find the designated parking spot, again a quarter mile away and I’ll I got for a reply was a copy and pasted response to exactly what was described in the first place. So very unhelpful and dismissive. For sure would not recommend staying here unless traveling solo.

I was traveling off season so it was a bit cold for a stay at this beach house. If you are looking for a place to crash that’s walkable to the beach during the summer months this is the spot. The bathroom is very tiny but will do the trick to rinse off the sand.

my family and I had a great experience here! The cottage is cozy, warm, and welcoming. Extremely clean, and had everything you need for a stay with your family. It’s also pet friendly which was a huge plus for me and my pup! The area surrounding is also beautiful, with a beach just down the road and some lovely places to grab a bite as well! Whether you’re going in the summer time or the fall, Chris did a great job at making my stay with my family a perfect little getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
