Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.

No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Please note: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record when triggered. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This device measures decibel levels throughout the property and does not record sound. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Any noise violation reported either by Minut or a disturbed neighbor will result in a warning. The second offense will result in a $100 fine and is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. The third offense is $500 and subject to immediate cancellation without refund. These technologies and conditions in place to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
