Stayed over the weekend and we very comfortably slept 5. Place had everything we needed and it was steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The location is prime!

The place had a great location steps from the beach and right at the end of the hustle and bustle of Hampton boardwalk. The space and parking was tight. We had to pay for parking down the street for our second car and had to move our cars to beach parking to stay for the day upon check out. There were 6 of us which for 2 nights was ok but not a place we could stay for much longer. The living area is small and hard to hang out in for more than 2 people. The host was very responsive and communicated well.

We enjoyed our time in Hampton especially with a close walk to the beach. The listing shows only one parking spot so I had reached out to Sean to ask if it was possible to get an extra parking spot. Before I booked the place , he had confirmed I would have two parking spots available during my stay. Unfortunately that was not the case which made it a little inconvenient for us. Sean is very good at responding but I think there was some miscommunication on parking arrangements.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the boardwalk but separated from the party music scene at the end of the night. We were very happy to have an easy place to land.

Great location! The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with pans and dishes. There was a coffee pot/pod brewer and coffee provided.

This was a perfect option for a safe, clean place to stay the night after a show. Best part was location- close to everything we needed but not too noisy or difficult to get in and out of.

Very responsive! Great place if you are looking to spend most of the time at the beach then relaxing at the end of the day.

We had a blast!! We decided on a last minute staycation for a comedy show, and this was the perfect spot. It’s a block from the beach, walking distance to the playground, mini golf, ice cream on the corner, and the Casino Ballroom for a fun night out. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was excellent as the location was so close to the beach. We were close to the restaurants, ice cream and even mini golf! The place was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms. We had a great stay, thanks for the timely communication Sean!

Perfect location and very clean!

Pour une famille avec 4 enfants le # 8 est parfais la voiture est proche, pas d'escalier et tous se fais à pied ; plage, resto, boutique . C'est propre et confortable. Nous y retournerons l'an prochain !

The place is exactly as advertised. It is clean, spacious, updated, fully stocked, convenient to everything on the strip and the beach. Mini golf next door was a bonus for our teens. It’s quiet despite being in the mix of everything. The beds are very comfortable. Parking was perfectly accommodating- I’m not sure what the distress about parking being too tight is about (maybe if you drive a small bus?).

Everything was clean and perfect. Love this location I have stayed in this Airbnb before and I would stay in it again Great price and very responsive host I will be back!

Very clean, well-maintained space! Sean’s team was VERY responsive and proactive checking in frequently. The space is just close enough to the action without being too loud or busy. I would definitely stay again!

Sean was very responsive and made sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. The stay was clean, nicely renovated, and fit our family of 6 perfectly! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Très propre et bien localisé

The rental was very close to the beach. It's on the end of the boardwalk so it's not as noisy as other areas. Even when it was noisy outside, the rental was very quiet inside. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped so cooking meals 'at home' was easy to do. It was a great place and a great stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed here last year before the renovations. It is in a great location! The new bathroom and kitchen are great. We had a problem with a stuck door and maintenance was there in 15 minutes. We will be back.

I would definitely rent this place again! The location is perfect and the unit is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. The host is very responsive and communicative. He ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Certainly one of the newer and more modern places to stay at the beach. Recently renovated all new everything was beautiful. Extremely close to the more populated part of the strip makes this location is great.

Great spot. Super quick walk to the beach. Beautiful, clean and new inside. Parking was a nightmare. A lot of cars in a small area. Almost couldn’t get out.

Sean was a friendly, helpful, and responsive host. The rental was just as you'd expect from the listing. I think we may have been one of the first, if not the first people to stay there since it's been renovated. Great location. Everything was walking distance, the beach was basically across the street, plenty to do even with the rain we had during our stay. I would recommend to others and will definitely try to stay here again.

Sean's place was the perfect getaway for the weekend. Place was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Can't wait to book again

We enjoyed the place, we do wish the floors were mopped before we got there however that is my only complaint. Sean was very helpful and he checked in on us all through our stay.

Stayed here with some friends while working at Seabrook Station. The place was spotless when we arrived and everything looked just like it did in the photos! Sean was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay again if we went back up there!
