About 10 feet away from the main strip. Nice, cozy place. Quiet. Host is very responsive, before and during stay. Super helpful. Tons to do in the area. Day time fun and a cool night life. Sean’s place puts you in the middle of it all!

Great communication about my stay with an easy check in process and handy parking area. The room was clean and well decorated. If you’ve ever stayed in other places in Hampton Beach, you’ll know that this location is ideal, half a block from the ocean and the middle of the strip. One of the greatest qualities was that the shower had excellent water pressure!!!

My daughter and I stayed at the pineapple retreat for an overnight getaway and it was the perfect size for us. It’s small and cozy with an adorable pineapple decor. We were just a half block from all the action but heard nothing outside when it was time for bed. The retreat is on the second floor and the bedroom faces away from the busy town.
