Simply a perfect stay! Great location, easy walk into Portsmouth, quiet neighborhood, and no problem finding street parking. Super comfortable beds, a great living room, and AC that withstood the heat wave! We enjoyed bird and bunny watching in the morning in the backyard patio. The new washer and dryer in the basement were an added bonus. Just book it!

A beautiful home away from home, very comfortable and clean. The location is great, walkable to many restaurants and local businesses. Portsmouth is one of my favourite places to visit so I may be biased but this house is truly a gem. Close to the Pease airport and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this house and I would book again. It has everything you need. From coffee and creamer ( a total must) to dog bed and even a spare leash for the four legged family member.

Great location, walkable to downtown! It was the perfect homebase for a wedding weekend in Portsmouth.

Easy walk to downtown, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Amenities like cotton tips, tissues, and toiletries could have been provided as with other Airbnbs. Host always responded quickly, and after several days of prodding finally got drippy faucet in kitchen replaced. Lower score due to problems with cleanliness and less than optimal response to resolving maintenance issues. Both issues discussed with host. Despite description of small driveway for onsite parking, the driveway was blocked with "Do Not Park" sign when I arrived. Found street parking in front of house except the weekend when Market St festival brought lots more tourists in town and had to park ½ block down. Overall, decent 1 week stay but for the high nightly price, would have expected better housekeeping, maintenance and toiletries noted above. Tip: Check out Cafe Kilim - Turkish coffee shop near by & La Maison Navarre - authentic French crepe place with savory and sweet crepes on Congress. Both 5-7 min walk.

Beautiful small home in Portsmouth, NH we immediately felt at home and enjoyed seeing all the wild baby bunnies in the backyard. We were able to explore the town and even a bit of Maine and definitely would consider living in the area.

Our stay at Sean's place was great. Clear check in instructions and the place was just as expected. It was a nice weekend so we were able to walk to town. The location was good. The neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend Sean's place to anyone looking for a nice get away.

The house is in great location, a very short walking distance to downtown Portsmouth. The house is set up very well: kitchen has everything you need, nice linens, many appliances, appropriate furniture- good beds, sofa bed, living room seating, and dining room seating. The house has great potential, but the house was not ready for use. We were the first to rent it and had the following issues: sofa bed wasn’t unpacked (we had to flip it to reveal underside and untie bars to open it), neither split unit worked in the 2 bedrooms (one of us owns the same units in her home and could not get the 2 in bedrooms to work), wall paper is peeling from the walls in the primary bedroom and the first floor hall, the stairs are painted black and there is poor lighting (main hall light is not working, there are bulbs) making it dangerous, and there is no covering for the front door - therefore the person staying on first floor, when going up the stairs to the bathroom, is exposed to the street.

Nice place. 20 min walk to downtown but there are a few coffee shops etc close by. Charming old house. Bed was super comfortable
