The location was perfect, right at the beginning of the strip! The apartment wasn’t big but just enough to accommodate a small group. Sean was a great host, he answered all my questions right away and was extremely helpful. Check-out was Sunday at 10AM. We were able to move the car from Airbnb unit into the beach parking lot across. Very convenient, as it got packed short after 8:30AM! Highly recommend.
Amazing location right by the beach and free parking is a huge plus! Check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions, and the decor is stylish. That said, at around $440/night, the value is slightly hard to justify. The low ceilings made the room feel a bit cramped, and the noise from upstairs was noticeable. Come for the beach and design, but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
Staying at Sean’s place was amazing. It was everything as described. Location is top-notch - right in the middle of everything Hampton Beach has to offer. We were visiting during a heat wave, but the window AC unit in one bedroom and portable fans kept us comfortable. Sean is a great host, very responsive and helpful.
Sean’s place was clean and nicely decorated. We had what we needed during our stay and the location was awesome. We were directly across the street from the beach and local attractions (bars, restaurants, shops) were easily walkable. Sean was proactive and clear in his communication with us and responded to the questions we had within minutes. I highly recommend Sean’s place for your next trip to Hampton beach!

This is a great spot if you’re looking to experience Hampton Beach fully. Just steps from the beach and boardwalk made it very easy with a family. There were plenty of activities down the boardwalk with mini golf right outside the door.
