✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Great location in walking distance to the beach, home was clean and worked great for our trip.
We loved the house on Plum Island! The house was super comfortable and equipped! Even though it rained, we enjoyed the screened in porch. The only problem was the beach was closed our entire visit, because they released sewage into the water nearby. Every neighbor we ran into told us this happens a few times a year. Nothing they could do about it, but we came to go the beach, so it was a bummer.
The house on plum island was AMAZING! Perfect for us visiting family for the week. Steps to the beach, great local restaurants, and a short drive into downtown Newburyport.
