Excellent rental! The view was amazing and the location perfect.

My sisters and I take a fall weekend every year, trying different areas in NewEngland. Sean’s house was perfect! Everything was as described or better. The space is bigger than it looks in the app. Plum Island is a gem. It feels remote, but is just 15 minutes away from the ‘ action’ in Newburyport. The town is a quintessential old port with enough shops and restaurants to keep everyone happy. There is protected land with access to trails for hiking and biking. Sean checked in a few times, offered suggestions. The parking at the house is limited, but there is plenty of public parking for a few dollars a day. It was not an issue at all. I highly recommend this house

Wonderful house, clean as a whistle, very well appointed and a path to the beach right across the street. We loved staying at the cottage.

The place was very nicely kept. We had issues at check in that our code did not work and we had to go through a different portal than air bnb to find a number to reach out to. Other than that issue the place was very well kept and right by the water.

Sean’s place was clean and comfortable. It is on the marsh side with a house in front of it. Sean’s communication was automated and terrible.

Cute beachy home in a beautiful location! Love the added outdoor seating space by parking spaces. Gorgeous sunrise/sunsets and close beach access. Would love to come back again!

We were only here for a very short time, however, the place was extremely clean, nicely decorated and full of light. The location is a lovely place to walk with beautiful basin views a few steps away. Sean and his team were very responsive and organized.
