This home is located in a shallow, quiet cove. Please note in the late summer and fall the water gets shallower and may not be ideal for larger boats.

We loved our stay, the house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids! Watching the 4th of July fireworks from the dock was truly amazing! It is on a busy road but is set back and very private, with enough room to turn around cars in the driveway to pull out. We had a hiccup with the keypad at check-in and it was addressed immediately, like within 2 minutes of my message. The backyard fire pit with string lights was perfect for S'mores and we enjoyed kayaking on the lake! The fireworks display 100 yards away from the dock was the best we have ever seen!

Pictures of home are accurate. It feels new and clean, free of clutter. Nice layout and decor. Loved that there was good closet space, luggage racks, hooks and towel bars -- really helpful if you have a number of people sharing bathrooms, etc. -- we were a small group but I appreciated these features as they are amenities that other rentals often neglect and fall short on. The mini splits in each room make temperature control nice for groups who may have different temperature comfort levels. Sean was very responsive to the couple of issues we had. As some other reviewers noted, the lake access is shallow so not really a swim area off the dock and the home is very close to a busy road so be aware of potential noise if your group is sensitive to that kind of thing (we found out after the fact that we were in the area during Laconia Bike Week so the number of motorcycles and their accompanying noise may have been in excess of a typical stay here). Enjoyed our stay & would recommend.

Thank you for a great stay! My family went to NH for a graduation and this was the perfect place to serve as home base. It was clean, well decorated and in a beautiful location. That lake view and access was spectacular. We had bad weather during our stay and couldn’t enjoy the lake, but it was still beautiful. The host was also very much available and responsive. Highly recommend!
