What's the best time visit the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Seacoast?

The best time to visit the seacoast area is in the summer. Shops, attractions, and restaurants are all open and each town is lively! That being said, fall and spring have great, mild weather as well and it's a great time of year to visit with less crowds. If you're in need of a mid term rental or winter rental, the winter is the perfect time to visit this area for a monthly stay!

Where are the properties located?

The majority of our properties are located in New England. We have properties in Hampton, Rye, Portsmouth, Seabrook, Epping, Tilton, Conway, and Bartlett, NH. In Massachusetts we manage homes located on Plum Island, Downtown Newburyport, Newbury, and Salisbury. If you're interested in visiting Myrtle Beach or Cape Coral, Florida we have homes there too!

Do you're vacation rentals allow pets?

Yes! Some of our properties are pet friendly. Simply ask us about our pet friendly options or check the "Pets" option at checkout.

How far are your properties from skiing and hiking?

Our Mountain properties are all within 15 minutes to the nearest mountain. Some are closer! In the mountains all our homes are close to some key hiking spots like the Black Cap Trail, Diana's Bath's, Sabbaday Falls and more. If you're feeling adventurous - take the Kancamagus highway to Crawford Notch and Franconia Notch for some incredible hiking and driving. If you want to take a day trip to the beach, it's about an hour and a half away by car!

Where do locals eat near Portsmouth and Newburyport?

Portsmouth has an enormous selection of restaurants to choose from. Some local spots for breakfast include the Friendly Toast and Elephantine Bakery. Lunch spots where locals like to go include Bennet's for a hardy sandwich or Street (yes that's the name of the restaurant). If you're looking for a casual dinner or lunch spot Flatbread is the best pizza place in town. For a more upscale dinner, we like Toscana Chop House or Massimo's.

What should I pack for a stay in New Hampshire?

All New England weather can be unpredictable. We'd always recommend bringing a rain jacket to go along with your swim suit. One day can be sunny and hot, and the next can be rainy! Shorts and t-shirts are needed in the peak summer months. Our Fall season is quite mild temperature wise, and early October is absolutely beautiful. A pair of jeans and sweatshirt would get you by in early October. Pack boots and a winter jacket in the winter. We get plenty of snow!

Do the rentals have fully equipped kitchens?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens. This means they come with all major appliances, eating utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots and pans etc. Most of our properties come with dishwashers, but check the listing amenities for details. All of the amenities in each property are in the listing but all are equipped with the basics!

Yes! All of our properties are equipped with strong wifi. It is free to all guests.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes! All of our vacation rentals have provided linens and towels. This means there are enough towels for all guests. Most of our properties also have washer and dryers, check the amenity sections for details!

Do any properties have hot tubs or fire pits?

Yes! Some of our properties have these amenities. All of our properties with hot tubs are professionally maintained. Some of our properties have fire pits with outdoor seating. Check the listings for details!

How close are the rentals to the beach?

The majority of our beach properties are within 10 minutes by foot to the beach! Some of our vacation rentals are ocean front or right across the street from the ocean. All of our Seacoast NH and North Shore Massachusetts homes are within 20 minutes to the beach!

What are the best beach towns near your rentals?

It depends what you're looking for! Each beach town we operate in has it's own style. Rye and Plum Island are chill... if you're looking for that beach getaway where morning and evening beach strolls, surfing, and quaint cafes are your style - these are the towns to go to. Hampton and Salisbury is where all the action is. Head here for fireworks, restaurants, big sandy beaches, and lively boardwalks.
